For vendors · Represent your profile

Your product is already scored. Represent it.

213 AI hiring and job-search products have a public profile here, scored against a published rubric tied to the EU AI Act, Colorado, Illinois and NYC Local Law 144. Claiming yours is free - and evidence, not payment, is what moves a score.

Not profiled yet? Request a profile - we don’t take payment to expedite.

§ 01 - How it works

Three steps, the first two free.

  1. 01

    Claim the profile

Verify with a work email on your company’s own domain. You can then manage company facts and your logo, and invite colleagues.

  2. 02

    Submit evidence

Link a public source or upload a document privately - mark it confidential and only reviewers see it. Point at the finding it addresses.

  3. 03

    Get reviewed

Editors review it against the public rubric. A review can raise, hold or lower a score, and every change is dated on the profile.

§ 02 - What counts

The evidence each criterion is scored on.

Seven criteria, weighted by the regulatory exposure they create for the employers who deploy you. This is the employer-side rubric v1.0; job-seeker tools are scored on their own.

§ 04 - Questions

What vendors ask first.

Can we pay to change our score, or to be removed?

No. No vendor can pay to be listed, scored higher, or removed, on any plan. Scores come only from evidence measured against the public rubric.

We think our score is wrong. What do we do?

Send the evidence. Submitting is free and needs no claim or plan - link a public source or upload a document privately. Every submission is reviewed against the public rubric, and a review can raise, hold or lower a score.

Our documentation is confidential. Does it count?

You can mark any uploaded document confidential: reviewers see it, the public never does. Where a rubric criterion is about public disclosure - a published bias audit, for example - it still needs a public source.

How long does a review take?

Without a plan, review is best-effort. Verified commits to a first review within 7 business days, and Compliance Partner within 3 business days.

Who claims the profile, and can colleagues join?

Anyone with a work email on your company's own domain can verify a claim in about a minute, and invite colleagues on the same domain to co-represent it. Claiming establishes who represents the profile - it never changes the score.

Start with the free step

Find your profile and claim it.

Most profiles score lowest on FRIA support. If you have the evidence, send it - the review is free either way.
