Does paying change our score?

No. Scores come only from evidence measured against the public rubric, and a review can raise, hold or lower a grade whether you pay or not. Submitting evidence and correcting the record are free on every plan.

What happens if we stop paying?

Your score and public profile stay exactly as they are - they never depended on a plan. The paid tools switch off: your badge goes back to showing Rated instead of Verified, your shareable report link points readers to the public profile, and evidence reviews return to best-effort.

Can we switch between Verified and Compliance Partner?

Yes, from your company’s Plan tab at any time. The subscription changes in place and billing is prorated, so there’s never a second charge.

How does the 14-day Pro trial work?

Your first Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, on annual or monthly billing. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.

Can we buy one vendor's record without subscribing?

Yes. Any vendor's diligence record can be bought on its own for $149, once: no subscription, and it's yours to open and print any time. It's refundable on request within 14 days, and a refund ends access to that record. HireAIScore Pro opens every vendor's record, so it's the better deal once you need more than a few.

Monthly or annual?

HireAIScore Pro and the Data API bill monthly or annually - annual works out to 2 months free. Vendor plans are billed annually.

Do vendor and buyer plans need separate accounts?

A vendor plan belongs to a company you’ve claimed with a work email on its own domain; a buyer plan belongs to your email. One sign-in link covers both, so you can hold either or both.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes, arranged with our team rather than at checkout. Purchase orders, invoicing, security reviews and multi-brand terms are all available - use the form below and we’ll come back with terms.
