How scores are formed
Scores reflect our assessment of publicly available evidence and vendor-supplied material against a published rubric, captured at a point in time. Vendor practices change; a profile may not reflect the latest state of a product. Each score cites the evidence behind it so you can check our reasoning. No vendor can pay for placement, a higher score, or removal.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. While we work to be accurate and fair, we do not guarantee that the content is complete, current, or error-free, and HireAIScore and Casework are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.

Profiles link to third-party sources and vendor materials. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Purchases and refunds
A single vendor’s diligence record can be bought on its own, once, for $149. It stays yours to open and print, from the record’s page or your plan page, for as long as we publish that vendor. We refund it in full on request within 14 days of purchase; a refund ends access to that record. To ask for one, use the contact form on our pricing page with the email you paid with.
Corrections and responses
We correct errors of fact promptly. Vendors have a written right of response, and we publish corrections and responses rather than quietly editing the record. See our editorial policy for how to raise a correction or submit a response.
