Regulatory exposure
The main job-seeker risk here is honesty, not data. Kickresume takes no third-party credentials — the LinkedIn import runs off a public profile URL or an exported data archive, never a password — and because nothing is auto-submitted there is no job-board or ATS terms-of-service exposure and no account-ban risk.
